About Me

head cropAndrew is a 23 year old student at the Culinary Institute of America, studying for his associate degree in baking & pastry arts. He attended Mercy College, where he received a bachelor’s degree in music industry & technology. While studying at Mercy, he developed a passion for baking, and gained employment at Blue Tulip Chocolates, a European style chocolate and confectionery shop located in Rye, NY. His professional experience and passion have led him to pursue a career in the culinary field.
